What we do
Through the Work4Progress Call, we help create good quality employment for vulnerable women and young adults in India, Mozambique and Peru. This call incorporates two modalities, the donation modality, for the design and implementation of employment-generating initiatives; and the refundable financing modality to promote access to financing for companies in the Work4Progress ecosystem.
Who's it for?
The call is aimed at networks of three to five entities that incorporate non-governmental organizations, microfinance institutions, universities, incubators, accelerators, and/or social enterprises.
Accreditation and submitting a project
The applicant organisation must be accredited via the new online Application Platform in order to be able to submit a project. To this end, first one person must be registered as the official contact for the organisation.
If your organisation has already submitted a project to other ”la Caixa” Foundation calls using this online Application Platform, it will already be accredited and you'll only need to check whether any of the legal documents need to be updated.
Registering the contact person
Registration can be carried out at any time. The information requested must be provided and the following documentation uploaded:
Valid ID (DNI, NIE or equivalent) for the contact person (copy of both sides of the document).
Document accrediting the contact person for the organisation, signed by its legal representative (downloadable model available in the online Application Platform).
The application procedure cannot continue until ”la Caixa” Foundation has validated this registration, so it's important to register as soon as possible. The procedure to validate contacts may take up to 3 working days after the information has been provided.
Once the contact has been registered, the procedure to accredit the organisation and submit the application can begin.
Accrediting the organisation
To request accreditation for the organisation, the contact must provide basic information about the organisation and upload the following documents:
A copy of the organisation's tax code document.
A copy of the organisation's entry in the official registry.
Deed of incorporation for the organisation or registered memorandum of association including the articles of association. The deed of incorporation and articles of association must be currently valid and entered in the corresponding registry.
Submitting the application
The application must be submitted electronically via the form that can be found on the new online Application Platform.
The application must be completed with all the information requested in the form and must be processed before the closing date of the call. No information or documentation will be accepted that has been submitted without using the Application or after the deadline.
