We work to improve the employment opportunities and the individual and family income of young adults and women in rural indigenous populations in Peru.
What we do
Through the Work4Progress programme, we work to create good quality employment initiatives and improve the incomes of young adults and women in the regions of Quispicanchi, Condorcanqui and North Lima in Peru, focusing mainly on innovations in agricultural and artisan products, services and processes and their connection to markets.
Who we work with
In these regions, we work in partnership with three networks of civil society organisations, social enterprises, financial and academic institutions working in coordination:
Entreculturas, Asociación Jesús Obrero (CCAIJO), Acción contra EL Hambre, AVSI Foundation, Fe y Alegría Peru, and the Agricultural Research Economic Promotion Service (SAIPE).
Codespa, NESST, Alternativa and the National University of Jaen.
World Vision, Caja Cusco, CITE Textil and FABLAB.
