What we do
We identify the global health challenges and needs of the most vulnerable populations who are calling for innovative solutions to avoid deaths from preventable or treatable causes and improve access to good quality health services.
We respond to the needs of the most vulnerable people to ensure they can live in dignity and improve their standards of health.

We're launching this call with the aim of increasing child survival rates in sub-Saharan African countries with a high burden of maternal and child mortality.
Status: Next opening, 23 April 2025
End: 22 May 2025
Together with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance and as its first private partner in Europe, we set up the Alliance for Child Vaccination, an initiative that combats child mortality in the most disadvantaged countries by vaccinating the very young.
Together with UNICEF, we're working to reduce deaths among children under five in the district of Kenema (Sierra Leone), guaranteeing access to efficient, good quality healthcare.
By means of the ICARIA malaria programme, we're working to improve care through azithromycin research with infants in Africa and to reduce infant mortality.
On 26 and 27 April 2023 we're organising, together with various international global health organisations, the second Global Forum on Child Pneumonia.
