The Centro de Solidariedade de Braga - Projecto Homem specialises in the prevention, treatment and reintegration of people with dependencies. Projectando Vida is one of their projects and it was selected in ”la Caixa” Foundation's Calls for Social Projects through which we promote projects of local action and encourage social innovation.
